Groundwater Modeling System

The DOD Groundwater Modeling System (GMS) is the most sophisticated and comprehensive groundwater modeling environment available today. GMS is used at hundreds of U.S. Government sites and at a large and rapidly growing number of private and international sites. The Groundwater Modeling System is a comprehensive package which provides tools for every phase of a groundwater simulation including site characterization, model development, postprocessing, calibration, and visualization. GMS is the only system that supports TINs, solids, borehole data, 2D and 3D geostatistics, and both finite-element and finite-difference models in 2D and 3D. Currently supported models in the Groundwater Modeling System include MODFLOW, MODPATH, MT3D, FEMWATER, RT3D and SEEP2D. Due to the modular nature of GMS, a custom version with desired modules and model interfaces can be configured. As needs change or as new models become available, other modules can be added to the Groundwater Modeling System. SSG's prices for GMS are the lowest on the market.
